** Cancel / Exchange order

Packages usually shipped within 2 business days once order was placed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

 

**  Incorrect or damaged product.

Please contact us with a photo of the damage within 2 days of receiving your package. We will send a replacement item (while available) for any item that arrives damaged/defective, or refund.

Please note that inclusions in crystals are not considered defect or damages. They're very common and add character and uniqueness, making each piece with inclusions a one-of-a-kind treasure.
